Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive [Tourism Industry]
Promote NCCIE* to existing and new corporate accounts and individual clients
Make sales calls with the objective of acquiring new and additional corporate accounts/clients
Maintain excellent relations with clients and provide support and assistance ensuring that all travel requirements are handled efficiently
Be responsible for assigned research projects of company’s sales activities including competitors and market trends/practices
Maintain sales database, customer feedback and complaints records
Maintain and provide weekly sales report to direct supervisor/manager, forecast individual sales plan in prescribed formats
Ensure sales target are met in coordination with other team members
Plan and prepare sales material for sales call, trade show or fairs
Communicate and negotiate effectively with key partners and suppliers to meet project budget guideline
Undertake particularity in daily or any special assignments

Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
At least 2 years of experience in Sales (preferably in tourism industry)
Flexible to go on sales-focused business trip

Be able to multitask and set right priorities under pressure

Senior HR Officer (Recruitment)
Be a part of recruitment team to support all of recruitment process.
Handle all recruitment process since sourcing, advertising, running selection process, interviewing and offering the job in order to get right person in timeline period.
Maintaining and updating information for online channel (Facebook, LinkedIn, Website, etc.)
Making sure that the office has a good environment, clean and well organized for our recruitment team and candidates visit.
Support other administrative tasks related with office work.
Provide and support HR’s activities and other projects as assigned

Develop, implement, manage and support all kinds of PR activities using forceful PR tools.
Develop PR documents and reports.
Establish and represent a good image of the company in public
Maintain good and long-term relationship with social associations and alliances
Generate online PR tools ex. Website and Application to enhance communicate both internal and external.
Taking photo and writing news about activity of the organization to Publish with social associations
Thai nationality, 25-32 years old.
At least Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Journalism or any related fields
At least 2 – 5 years experiences in PR, communication, Online Media.
High creativity, strategic planning with good problem solving skill
Good interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure
Good command of English, both verbal and written

Asst.Sales Event & Exhibition Manager (Booth and Construction)
Handle exhibition booth construction & event sales both local and international
Approach customers by telephone call, email or sales visit to discuss on project management and requirements for booth design and construction
Present booth design and event concept to customers and ensure customers’ satisfaction
Coordinate with customers and production team to facilitate booth construction projects
Able to estimate appropriate budget and timeline of organizers and exhibitors
Conduct summary report of customers’ requirements and prepare all related documents for Operations team
Supervise and assist Sales Coordinator to negotiate with organizers and exhibitors when necessary

Having Experience in sales Event or Exhibition at least for 3 years
Service minded, dynamic with effective communication skills
