Duties & Responsibilities: • Assist Senior Manager-Portfolio or Project Manager as his/her personal assistant on daily basis task. • Arrange and handle all designated correspondences and reports related to assigned projects. • Make appointment as per requested and schedule a meeting with the Minutes taking. • Forecast on a quantity of printed materials such as invitation letter, VIP card and Newsletters and take roles as traffic coordinator for all promotion material and activities related to assigned projects. • Compilation of show directory and post-show books. • Support Sales team • Maintain and update shows databases (prospects/exhibitors). • Provide telephone support on incoming mails, screen where necessary and distribute messages and forward to the appropriate persons. • Arrange and process contracts and invoices. • Create an internal contract under International Pavilion. • Execute mass fax and mailing activities related to assigned projects. • Provide administrative support. • Support outside clients • Manage and ready for giving basic information to the exhibitors. • Monitor and update exhibitor’s list / PR list. • Cooperate with clients for completed information about exhibitor badge, invitation letter and TOP 20 Buyers list. • Co-ordinate distribution of show promotional materials to all exhibitors and agents. • Prepare all documents support for moving and show days • Support inside clients • Interface with other coordinators to enhance the overall productivity of the unit. • Follow up works and coordinate with other departments. • Interface with team members to enhance customer relations with exhibitors and attendee bases. • Set-up and maintain filing system of assigned show. • Functional as integral part of overall effort in performing additional duties as required.
Qualifications: • Thai Nationality ONLY. Qualifications:

Implementation of digital marketing strategy. This includes, but not exclusively, email campaigns, PPC advertising, social media and other digital channels
Maintenance of websites using the CMS system
Tracking the effectiveness of all marketing activities through Google analytics and ROI per channel.
Maintenance of the project’s mailing list and ensuring compliance with Data Protection laws.
Assisting the team with internal and external marketing initiatives including exhibitions, seminars, round tables, client events and conference/speaking opportunities
Collation and presentation of market research, product and competitor information relating to the show’s portfolio.
Working closely with the Graphic Design team to ensure all content produced according to project’s schedules.
