Responsibilities:

• Identifying and assessing legal risk, and providing advice on legal and regulatory matters, with an emphasis on compliance and data privacy requirements.
• Reviewing company systems and processes and assisting with the development and documentation of compliance and privacy policies and procedures.
• Managing litigation matters and conducting internal investigations.
• Negotiating, reviewing, drafting, and providing advice on various company documents, including contracts, warranties, and terms and conditions.
• Maintaining a focus on being responsive and a value-add to the company’s business units and support services.
• Providing assistance on various legal affairs and undertaking other duties reasonable and consistent with the position and as needed.

Qualifications:

• Male/Female, age 40-45 years old, Thai Nationality ONLY.
• Bachelor or higher in Law.
• At least 15 years of experience in legal field, preferably experience from the advisory, international law firm or in house corporate lawyer, business law.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skill with analytical thinking and initiative
• Lawyer license is required
• Good command of English

3. ตรวจเช็ควัตถุดิบให้เพียงพอกับการใช้งาน
4. ควบคุมต้นทุนให้อยู่ในเกณฑ์
5. ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของระบบหลักเกณฑ์ที่ดีในการผลิต
